For me, it is very freeing to worship God with my body. Freeing is probably not the best word. But I don't know how to describe it. We come from an Assembly of God background ya know. There we had the exact opposite problem. You were looked down upon by some if you did NOT raise your hands (or dance, flop like a fish, laugh uncontrollable, etc). We "escaped" that and have enjoyed the freedom NOT to have to raise our hands during worship.
